WHAT DOES A NEW CLIENT NEED IN ORDER TO REGISTER?
All adults over eighteen (18) years of age will need a photo ID and a proof of address (business mail, lease, etc.-documents must be no more than two (2) months old.  All adults must have the same address.

Both biological & non-biological children under the age of eighteen (18) years of age will need SNAP, or other government documents listing dependents & address or school record with address and dated within last two (2) months or a birth certificate.

After registration, the primary clients will need a VCM Card and a proof of address (this is not a photo ID-must be official mail dated within the last two months) for every visit.
